Commercial construction is a regular occurrence in Chambersburg; residents are accustomed to wondering what new business is being built in the area! Just outside of Chambersburg, Penn State Mont Alto announced plans to develop a new $13 million Allied Health building, which will offer cutting-edge learning in the fields of nursing, occupational and physical therapies. The facility is expected to be completed in 2021.

Franklin County also offers ample opportunity for development, with “shovel ready” lots available in the form of over 1,500 acres of conveniently located land.
